This Privacy Policy explains how babysuper store (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Notes Mate Offline mobile application (“the App”).
By installing or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information through the App. The App does not require you to create an account, provide your name, submit an email address, or sign in.
The App does not collect or transmit:
- Your notes, checklists, or categories;
- Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address;
- Your precise or approximate location;
- Your contacts, photographs, videos, or audio recordings;
- Financial, payment, health, or biometric information;
- Advertising identifiers or information used for targeted advertising;
- Device activity for analytics, profiling, or tracking; or
- Crash reports or diagnostic information sent to us.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Information you create within the App, including notes, checklists, note categories, and settings such as your selected display theme, is stored locally on your device using the App's private storage.
This locally stored information remains under your control. We do not operate a server that receives or stores this information, and we cannot access, recover, or read your notes.
3. How Information Is Used
Locally stored information is used only to provide the App's functionality, such as displaying your saved notes, managing checklists and categories, and remembering your preferences.
We do not use your information for advertising, analytics, marketing, profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose unrelated to the App's offline features.
4. Internet Access and App Permissions
Notes Mate Offline is designed to operate without an internet connection. The App does not request access to sensitive device features such as your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photographs, or external files.
The application store or your device operating system may independently process technical information when you download, install, update, or review the App. Such processing is controlled by the relevant store or operating system provider and is governed by that provider's own privacy policy.
5. Advertising and Analytics
The App does not contain third-party advertising software, behavioral tracking tools, or analytics services. We do not use your activity to display personalized advertisements or track you across other apps and websites.
6. Sharing and Sale of Information
We do not sell, rent, trade, disclose, or share personal information or App content with third parties. Because the App does not transmit your notes to us, we have no access to such content to disclose.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Notes and preferences remain on your device until you delete them within the App, clear the App's storage through your device settings, or uninstall the App.
Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage will generally delete locally stored App information. Depending on your device settings, your operating system or device provider may maintain an independent device backup. We do not control those backups. Please consult your device provider's settings and privacy documentation to manage them.
Because we do not receive or store your App content, you do not need to contact us to delete it from our servers, and we cannot remotely restore information deleted from your device.
8. Data Security
We use the storage mechanisms provided by your device's operating system to keep App information within the App's local storage. However, no storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including using a screen lock, installing trusted software, and preventing unauthorized physical access. Avoid placing highly sensitive information in the App if your device is shared, rooted, compromised, or otherwise unsecured.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is a general-purpose note-taking utility and is not specifically directed toward children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us outside the App, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
10. International Users
The App may be used in different countries. Since App content is stored locally and is not transmitted to us, we do not transfer that content internationally. Any processing performed independently by your application store, device manufacturer, or operating system provider is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The App does not integrate third-party advertising or analytics services. If a future version introduces an external service or link, that service may have its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the applicable third-party policy before using such a service.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Privacy laws in some regions may grant rights such as accessing, correcting, deleting, or restricting the processing of personal information. Notes Mate Offline does not send your App content to us, so that content can be accessed, edited, and deleted directly on your device.
If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address and any information you voluntarily include in your message. We will use that information only to respond to your request, provide support, maintain necessary correspondence, and meet applicable legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any legally required retention.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features, privacy practices, or applicable legal requirements change. Any updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
If a future App update changes how information is collected, used, or shared, we will revise this policy before or when those changes take effect, as required by applicable law.
